FTF Motors is an independent online vehicle marketplace. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, broker, or financier, and we do not buy, sell, own, or take possession of any vehicle listed on our platform. All transactions are conducted exclusively between private buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post a listing, or contact a seller through FTF Motors. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Listing Rules

All listings must follow our Community Standards, including accurate photos, honest pricing, and a valid VIN. Misrepresenting a vehicle’s condition, history, or ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in listing removal or account suspension.

4. No Dealer Listings

FTF Motors is built for private sellers only. Licensed dealers, brokers, and resellers acting in a commercial capacity are not permitted to list vehicles on this platform.

5. No Guarantees

FTF Motors does not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition, history, or value of any vehicle listed. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying all vehicle information, conducting inspections, and complying with applicable laws before completing a transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

FTF Motors is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform for connection only and are not a party to any sale.

7. Personal Information & In-Person Safety

You are solely responsible for what personal information you share with other users, including your name, phone number, email, and location. We strongly recommend you do not share your home address with a buyer or seller, and that you remove any identifying details (such as house numbers or street signs) from listing photos before posting.

FTF Motors does not facilitate, supervise, or participate in any in-person meeting, inspection, or exchange between users. Any decision to meet another user, view a vehicle, or complete a transaction is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We encourage meeting in public locations, bringing another person, and using sound judgment at all times.

FTF Motors is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of any user, whether online or in person, and assumes no liability for any harm, loss, or damage arising from interactions between users facilitated through this platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of FTF Motors after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
